Ms. Sonia Malhotra is an experienced academician and a dedicated facilitator who has devoted the last eighteen years of her professional life to the field of education. She began her journey in the education field as a pre-primary teacher at Berliner International School, Delhi, before advancing to the position of primary teacher, pre-primary coordinator, and Academic Head in various reputed schools such as Mother’s Pride School (Delhi), Bharati Public School (Delhi), Apeejay School (Nerul, Navi Mumbai), Presentation Convent School (Nerul, Navi Mumbai), and as a Pre-Primary & Primary Coordinator at Poddar Brio International School (CBSE), Badlapur.

She brings with her a repertoire of knowledge, skill and expertise in her new role as Headmistress, Pre- Primary and Primary, at CORALBELLS INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL. Her passion and commitment to education are unparalleled and exhibits goal driven leadership manifested in the development of young minds and enhancement of teaching skills and effective methodology of educators. Well versed with the international teaching pedagogies and philosophies like ‘Learning Center Approach’, ‘Letters and Sound’ & Montessori teaching practices, she has also earned herself recognition and has won various certificates in fields of ‘Child Psychology’ and ‘Counseling Psychology’ to cater to the needs of children with special needs.

Multiple in-service training programs to orient educators with innovative pedagogy and planning curricular objectives to keep the inherent desire to explore and learn alive in children have also been arranged and conducted by her. Her open mindedness and resourcefulness inspires teachers to achieve desired goals. She understands that quality education is transformational, and has a deep passion for helping students reach their highest potential. Engaging students in a safe and secure learning environment has been one of her priorities. She firmly believes when she says, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world. I am committed to helping our students and our school reaches its highest potential by providing them with the best educational services and experiences. I strongly believe in the vision of the school to make the child the heart of the learning process helping him become a transformational leader through understanding, knowledge and skills. I believe this can be only achieved if the immediate environment of the child is healthy physically, mentally and spiritually. The environs encompassing parents and teachers are those with whom the child interacts on a daily basis.
